Quick & easy, these turkey burgers are a go-to in my house!

Ingredients

lb
ground turkey (I use 93% lean, 7% fat)
1/4
cup
plain breadcrumbs OR a slice of bread torn up into small pieces
1
tbsp
+ a splash of Worcestershire sauce
1
tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Portion out into 3-4 patties depending on how big/thick you want them. (I usually just make 3.)
Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side. Enjoy!

You can also saut
