Grandma's Veggie Casserole
A cheesy veggie casserole topped with onion rings. It's super quick & easy to make.

2 20 oz bags Florentine Vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli) frozen `18 oz Velveeta 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg onion rings, frozen 16 oz sliced mushrooms (canned)
Partially cook the frozen vegetables in the microwave for about half the time called for on the bag. Drain the vegetables & place in a 9x13 baking dish.
Pour the mushrooms on top of the vegetables.
Heat the soup and melt the cheese in.
Pour over the veggies.
Put onion rings on top.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
