Grandma's Veggie Casserole

A cheesy veggie casserole topped with onion rings. It's super quick & easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 20 oz bags Florentine Vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli) frozen
  • `18 oz Velveeta
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg onion rings, frozen
  • 16 oz sliced mushrooms (canned)

Instructions

  • Partially cook the frozen vegetables in the microwave for about half the time called for on the bag. Drain the vegetables & place in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Pour the mushrooms on top of the vegetables.
  • Heat the soup and melt the cheese in.
  • Pour over the veggies.
  • Put onion rings on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
